IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage the intra-group communication and service for complex supply chain set ups and customer - supplier relations
-Single point of contact for all order related topics between suppliers and customers across different intern legal entities
-Enhanced responsibility and team support for smooth transactional execution, correct system set ups, demand review, escalation as well as driving order management projects
-Act as a competent counterpart towards various functions in order to guarantee high customer service levels. Achieve operational excellence in terms of quality, cost and compliance
-Support and implement new Supply chain set-ups & improvement projects according to business need

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Higher education (Bachelor degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, at least vocational education in commercial professions complemented by additional training in business administration resp. supply chain management
-Extensive experience in a Supply Chain role in Health Care, Consumer Goods, Chemical or another process industry (pharma experience preferred)
-Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes incl. customer service and vendor management
-Solid experience in SAP usage (advanced user knowledge)
-Computer literacy in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio
-Proven project management, ideally in a cross-functional project
-English fluency, German is of advantage
