IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage the intra-group communication and service for complex supply chain set ups and customer - supplier relations
-Single point of contact for all order related topics between suppliers and customers across different Novartis legal entities
-Enhanced responsibility and team support for smooth transactional execution, correct system set ups, demand review, escalation as well as driving order management projects
-Act as a competent counterpart towards various functions in order to guarantee high customer service levels. Achieve operational excellence in terms of quality, cost and compliance
-Support and implement new Supply chain set-ups & improvement projects according to business need

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Higher education (bachelor degree) in Supply Chain Management
-Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, at least vocational education in commercial professions complemented by additional training in business administration resp. supply chain management
-English (German is beneficial)
-Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes incl. customer service and vendor management
-Extensive experience in SAP usage (advanced user knowledge)
-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio
-Proven project management skills, ideally in a cross-functional project
