Supply Chain Coordinator

THE WORK INCLUDES:

- Coordinate the follow-up of contractor safety and insurance certificate work, leading and driving efforts to ensure we are in compliance with our internal programs
- Initiate and manage the contractor safety renewal process
- Support the loading of completed contracts to the online Content Management system
- Potentially expanding to coordinating other supplier qualification documentation (ie QA/QC documents)
- This may involve preparing reports, training other staff, and managing action plans and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary.
- This project is very high visibility.
- This resource will be supporting Sourcing/Purchasing in a project to obtain contractor safety documents from our suppliers and internal project managers for new contracts and when contractor safety and insurance documents need to be renewed.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be able to interface well with all departments of the company in a highly professional manner.
- Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
