Support the Program and project team and procurement team through supplier engagement and project implementation phase.
Manage the Contract relationship with suppliers and procurement on behalf of the project teams.
To ensure that all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments.
Provide guidance and support to all project stakeholders with regard to specific supplier related contractual matters
Identify and Manage Supplier Risk Plan
Work in conjunction with Sales team Contract manager to advise on additional work items that require up sell to the Customer
Prepare scope and costs for Out of Scope activities, which can be used by the Sales team Contract Manager to up sell claims.
Interface between project teams and procurement.
Lead the mobilisation and ongoing management of a suppliers working on the project
Manage the supplier governance structure ensuring an aggregated, holistic approach
Make sure that claim-, risk-, change order and contract management processes are established and followed. Escalate deviations and supplier performance issues.
Support the PM's at supplier review meetings; verify if the contractually agreed performance is actually delivered, and to define improvement measures if required
Mange any supplier improvement plans (as required)
Support the PMs and Project Procurement Manager to manage supplier scope changes and claim management.
