SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTANT (SUBCONTRACT MANUFACTURING, P2P, SUPPLY PLANNING) - LONDON - 6 MONTHS+

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Supply Chain Consultant (Subcontract Manufacturing, P2P, Supply Planning)

PURPOSE
To act as a business process lead across multiple supply chain substreams of the business transformation project underpinned by SAP and other systems implemen
tation.
The role requires extensive supply chain process and operational knowledge of Procure to Pay (both indirect and direct spend), subcontract manufacture process
(facilitated by p2p) and Supply Planning (looking at demand planning tools such as IBP or similar)
Extensive knowledge of SAP, specifically in the MM module and it's integration with other processes within the landscape
To support the integration points between Merchandise & Retail planning and Supply Planning
To lead a combined team of supply chain business and IT resources to joined up target operating model driving a business benefits case.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the analysis and validation of the process and solution integration across Fashion and Beauty supply and agreement from business stakeholders
Work with business and solution teams to agree process, policy and organisation change actions and manage their execution
Work with business and solution teams to agree data creation and cleanse actions in to support changes in readiness for cutover
Facilitate change impact and work with change management and communications teams to ensure appropriate actions are taken
Work with training team to ensure business unit or geographic nuances are incorporated into training material and delivery approach
Support UAT scope, prep and execution
Support the business in Stabilisation, including running Process Performance Indicators and answering how do I question

P2P activities:
Establish vendor data, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists
Purchasing data such as Economic/Minimum Order Quantities
Purchasing pricing data
Finished Product and POS/Marketing Collateral
Purchase Order creation/management/scheduling and integration with supply planning, inbound logistics/tracking, goods receipting and accounts payable process

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

The role requires extensive supply chain process and operational knowledge of Procure to Pay, Subcontract Manufacture and Supply Planning
Extensive knowledge of SAP, specifically in the MM area
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
Well-developed communications and inter-personal skills that build trust, confidence and collaborative relationships
Excellent influencing, persuasion and conflict resolution skills.
Well-developed analytical skills that contribute effectively to issue prioritisation and problem
Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workloads and to manage expectations.

Facilitation skills must be highly advanced - workshops, meetings and interaction with senior business executives

EXPERIENCE

Experience in Consumer Goods industries, Fashion and Beauty industry experience would be a plus
Senior/Manager level - can lead teams and facilitate consensus amongst senior executives
Must have experience (8+ years) of multiple supply chain systems implementation projects
SAP experience advantageous but other supply planning tools would be useful
