Supply Chain Co-Ordinator - on-Site Recruitment

Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Onsite Recruitment - up to £25,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established onsite recruitment team. Working for Essex (part of Capita Resourcing), have been working onsite with Essex County Council since 2008 providing temporary and permanent recruitment services. This role is to manage our supply chain (PSL) end to end, supporting the recruitment team to provide a great service by building, reviewing and maintaining an engaged and efficient supply chain.

Part of a small team of 3 but part a department of 45 you will be responsible for engaging new suppliers, identifying gaps in supply, monitoring the performance of current suppliers, and dealing with any supply, compliance or contractual issues.

A 6 - 12 month fixed term contract and a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience to develop acute commercial skills and relationship management. You will have:

o Excelled interpersonal skills, this includes influencing and negotiating with suppliers regularly
o Good technical ability
o Be able to problem solve and use initiative to solve supplier queries and issues relating to everything from logging on to the recruitment portal to invoicing queries
o The ability to run basic reports on supplier performance
o Be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
