My client requires an experienced Supply Chain Buyer to:
* Manage and negotiate sourcing of all European Technology requirements.
* Build and manage relationships with direct and indirect supplier base.
* Manage purchase requests from end users within Technology operating units.
* Request and negotiate pricing from preferred suppliers.
* Provide input around finding greater efficiencies, improving processes and implementing system changes/enhancements.
* Raise purchase orders for all UK Technology and APAC operating units & provide accurate delivery expectations to end users.
* Assist the ESSC with supplier invoice queries.
* General Purchase Order administration.
* Manage renewal process for Technology maintenance contracts.
* Assist with budget analysis/preparation.
* Work closely with EU and US teams to ensure consistency of process.
Experience within a financial institution or large corporation is desirable.
