Supply Chain Business Analyst - Wetherby - £200-£250

Supply Chain Business Analyst needed for a MS Dynamics AX project in Wetherby.

This large retail organisation is looking to build a team of supply chain business analysts as they are about to embark on a large MS Dynamics AX 2012 implementation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting both the as-is and to-be business processes, understanding the end-to-end requirements, challenging existing ways of working and ensuring that the most appropriate solution is identified. Working with representatives from across the organisation to standardise processes, adopt lean/best practice principles, and implement new ways of working.

Key Requirements Are;
*Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment
*Experienced in delivering business change
*Experienced in challenging existing ways of working and implementing lean processes
*Experienced in ERP implementations and the challenges this brings
*Strong analytical skills skills
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Able to understand business process management and business requirements of the customers
*Strong change management skills

Personally the perfect candidates must be able to document business processes and requirements, identifying and promoting leaner ways of working. This job requires someone who must be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.

Due to the nature of this role you MUST be able to live and work in the U.K by either holding a valid working visa or be eligible to do so by other qualifying means as my client is unable to sponsor any work permits.
