SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST, OIL AND GAS, ABERDEEN

JOB SUMMARY:

- Support the development of Supply Chain assurance standards and supporting work instructions.
- Facilitation of process development workshops.
- Writing/enhancing Supply Chain processes and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous experience in a supply chain role
- Proven track record of writing and implementing business process and procedures
- Capable of facilitating open and honest discussions and guiding a team towards necessary agreement and desired outcome
- Ability to encourage, motivate and guide a team in order to get the best out of each member
- Assertiveness/Ability to articulate clearly
- Ability to work on own initiative with little or no supervision
- Flexibility of working in order to reassess and adjust priorities
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

RESPONSBILITIES:

- Working with each of the Supply Chain functional areas develop assurance standards to link working practices to the organisational framework and policies.
- Prepare presentations suitable for roll out to internal Supply Chain customers and support functional team members with delivery.
- Validate published processes and procedures held within the UK Management System and revise/reformat into the correct format ready for linkage to assurance standards and publication.
- Facilitate process development workshops to capture the current processes and procedures.
- Document processes and procedures for each functional group within the company management system and manage the approval process through to publicatiions.
