Supply Chain Analyst Job

A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST is needed for a 12 MONTH PLUS CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warrendale, PA.

- Materials, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position supports specific supply chain functions through the completion of routine assignments of limited scope and complexity; through the use and development of analytical tools in order to drive problem resolution and process efficiencies.
- This position is given limited responsibly and accountability and is seen as a generalized entry level role.
- Entry level position for general supply chain areas:
- Support assigned projected and initiatives
- Receives instructions for developing and evaluating ideas, options and solutions
- Works as a team member to assigned projects
- Develops technical expertise to increase efficiency and flexibility of department
- Limited autonomy and as seen as a support role within assigned function
- Supports in the development of new tools, processes and analysis to drive increased efficiencies, flexibilities and effectiveness within the organization

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience in materials, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain required
- Demonstrated presentation, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization
- Ability to work on projects of low complexity with direction
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and tools
