Supply Chain Analyst

SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST:

CONTRACT

ESSEX

SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST - required to support the site finance team during the implementation of SAP and provide administration for finance documentation. The successful candidate will be working for a global pharmaceutical company with an outstanding reputation.

Essential skills and experience:

- Experience within a Supply Chain role
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience of manipulating large volumes of data in Excel using Pivot Tables and Look Up tables
- Experience of multinationals
- A general broad business based experience working in sales and distribution environments and ideally (but not essential) manufacturing
- Good clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Comfortable manipulating large volumes of data in Excel using Pivot tables and Look Up tables
- An understanding of the basic business flows from purchase order/stock receipt/warehousing/sale/despatch and right through to customer payment
- Ability to understand a logic in all types of masterfile coding which can be applied in exercises mapping from an existing database in Microsoft Dynamics to the desired format in SAP
- Frequent contact and/or workshops with French, Spanish and Italian fluent speakers
