SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
CLIENT: Large UK Retailer
BASED: Central London
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 12 months (with the potential to become permanent)
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Ad-hoc business reports
Support the Logistics team with Datamodelling
Responsible for the Inbound to UK freight Invoicing, ensuring invoices are received and validated
Liaising with Procurement and Finance to ensure timely payment of invoices
Data Analysis across supply chain information systems and SAP Finance module
Establish good network between internal and external business representatives which include 3PLs, UK business Managers and Finance teams
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Good skills in MSExcel and basics ofMS Access
Macros building
Analytical mind and good execution skills
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges
Translate supply chain issues into simple communications to share within a wider team
Running, distribution and control of reports used to monitor business performance.
Supporting Adhoc report requirements
General housekeeping of performance reports
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Good knowledge/understanding of flow across a supply chain environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management/prioritizing to ensure deadlines are met.
Self-motivated
