Supply Analyst/Junior Contracts Administrator

A market leader; our client is currently looking to engage an experienced Supply Analyst that has experience of contract management. The position is VACANT and the client is ready to employ someone immediately.

The role will be working out of North Ryde and will report into a Senior Manager within the business.

The role will be ideally suited to an experienced Supply Analyst or an experienced contracts administrator.

SOME OF THE DUTIES THAT WILL INCLUDE

- Filing of contracts
- Auditing of contracts and agreements
- Develop and implement contractual notices and letters
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Reviewing and reporting on compliance with preferred supplier arrangements, including operational issues around voice, mobile and data.
- Ensuring all managed spend arrangements comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining supplier relationships to ensure compliance with agreed contractual terms and business needs.
- Negotiation with suppliers and contractors

EXPERIENCE WISE WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

- Min 2yrs experience industry experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Contracts management experience.
