My client, a FTSE100 company are looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to fill the following requirement: -

The Supplier Relationship Management function is focused on getting the best from the partnership with the Supplier and driving service excellence for our customers.

The Supplier Relationship Manager owns the relationship with the Supplier and is accountable for:
- Leading, building and maintaining effective relationships with the Supplier to support the delivery of business objectives, putting in place mechanisms to actively drive and manage Supplier performance and value
- Owning SAP services sourcing strategy, working with IS and business stakeholders as appropriate, continuously assessing Supplier partnership, contribution and viability
- Maintaining the international contract with the SAP services Supplier
- Managing performance of Suppliers, including maintenance and evolution of service level agreements, scorecards and financials
- Driving improvements and innovation for the delivery of Supplier services
- Leading Supplier negotiations for key Application Development projects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proven success in a comparable Supplier Relationship Management role
- Experience of commercial and contract management
- Proven commercial acumen
- Strong experience of operating in a corporate centre environment
