Supplier Quality Assurance (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung

Aufgaben:

- Active implementation of the Maturity Level Milestone system together with the project purchasing and review of the implementation measures at the suppliers site
- Performance of process analysis and process improvements as regards quality and logistics processes at the supplier
- Performance of the advanced quality planning for tool-specific purchased parts incl. status reporting.
- Support and critical accompaniment of the activities for the preparation and compilation of the documents for process and product release (PPAP/initial sampling) by the supplier.
- Evaluation and release of the documents for process and product release (PPAP/initial sampling according to VDA)
- Use of modern quality assurance tools appropriate to the situation (8D assessments, Poka-Yoke workshops, etc.).
- Support and/or critical accompaniment of the problem handling process at the suppliers

Care of suppliers/purchased parts:
- Implementation of production test runs at the suppliers
- Supplier visits in connection with samples
- Contact with suppliers for fault correction for NOK diagnosis, coordination of corrective measures to be taken at key suppliers
- Collection of statements from suppliers
- Plausibility check of the 8D reports from suppliers with repeat failures
- Proper documentation of processes, reports and documents

Skills:

- Technician/master craftsman, preferably specialising in plastics technology or with adequate training
- DGQ training (e.g. auditor) desirable
- Category B driving license

Requirements:

Methodological expertise:
·    Ability to work analytically and in a target-oriented way
·    Mastery of moderation/presentation techniques
·    Conflict resolution/negotiation skills
·    Knowledge of QM methods, such as in the product and process approval procedure
(QVP, APQP, PPAP/EMPB, A-B-C analysis, FMEA SPC...)
·    Project management experience

Technical competence:
·    Practical experience in quality management in the automotive supplier industry, as well as audit experience (VDA 6.3 process audit)
·    Knowledge of measurement technology
·    Product/technology knowledge (injection molding, painting, chrome plating…)
·    Good level of English, other foreign languages (French/Spanish) desirable
·    IT knowledge (Office, SAP R3, ... )

·    Self-assurance, assertiveness
      Communication/teamwork
