Please note that this is a 14-month maternity leave contract

PURPOSE:

The incumbent is responsible for the proactive analysis, facilitation, documentation and support of supplier management activities, projects and initiatives for the Total System Services Inc. (TSYS) relationship within Global Cardsperforms annual review including all interfaces and tools
- Manages SharePoint site for TSYS SM Team; follows proper naming conventions and standards while ensuring timely upload of new materials and facilitating access to information requests
- Creates & maintains current system and operational documentation (ie RBC specific) for supplier services
- Develops & implements Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting, ensuring submission & validation of SLA reporting within required timeframes, documents breaches as required and works with Supplier to close any service gaps & maintain performance levels
- Reaches out to Suppliers to obtain contract and compliance documentation, upon receipt reviews for acceptability as required with RBC partners
- Coordinates and/or actively participates in Supplier audits by RBC Supplier Management Operations (SMO), Info Security (IS), Internal Audit System (IAS) & external auditorsacts as a referral point/Subject Matter Expert

- Consistently promotes and encourages peers to uncover innovative ideas to improve process/fulfillment efficiency and effectiveness
- Assists in the development and implementation of standard processes, tools and artefacts

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to understand and interpret process maps, product value chains and platform/system IT diagrams
- Project management skills and/or prior project management experience
- Experience working with RBC PMF/SDLC and project methodologies (an asset)
- Experience working with TS2 operating system and options
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation
- Aptitude for working with complex systems and layered problem solving.
- High degree of organization and multi-tasking ability.
- Sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Attention to detail

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

- Knowledge of Cards & Payments applications, policies, procedures and processes

SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE

- TSYS processes, technology and methodology
