A Contracts Manager is required on a 3 month renewable contract in Solihull (travel to Huntingdon will be required)

The purpose of this role is to;

- Support the Program and project team and procurement team through supplier engagement and project implementation phase.
- Manage the Contract relationship with suppliers and procurement on behalf of the project teams.
- To ensure that all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments.
- Provide guidance and support to all project stakeholders with regard to specific supplier related contractual matters
- Identify and Manage Supplier Risk Plan
- Work in conjunction with Sales team Contract manager to advise on additional work items that require up sell to the Customer
- Prepare scope and costs for Out of Scope activities, which can be used by the Sales team Contract Manager to up sell claims.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Experience working within supplier management
- Experience negotiating and managing Contracts
- Quantity Survey background (Preferred)
- Telecoms ADC and implementation experience
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate across different levels
