Supplier Communications & Onboarding

My Bristol based client is seeking a Supplier Communications & Onboarding Support for an initial 3 month contract.

This role will form a key part of the Shared Services Project Team to provide support to the Procurement Workstream Lead. The Supplier Communications and Onboarding role will assist in the migration of procurement systems and processes into the new Shared Services environment by undertaking supplier rationalisation and data cleansing work to prepare business for migration to the arvato Shared Services Centre. The role will involve working closely with the client's suppliers of goods and services to support a move to full end-to-end eProcurement.

* To support the Procurement Workstream Lead in the migration of the client's procurement functions to the arvato Shared Services Centre.
* Supplier rationalisation - review of the client's current suppliers
* Prepare and deliver supplier communications
* Support suppliers with adoption of full end-to-end eInvoicing
* Cleansing of the client's requisitionerswe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
