Supervisor

IMMEDIATE NEED: Leading Owner/Operator of pipelines throughout the US has an immediate need for a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator responsible for warehouse laborers, reporting and safety for a 10 month project with potential for extension. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervises the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise or materials.
- Interviews and hires the appropriate number of labors to accomplish warehouse loading, unloading etc.
- Maintains stock, data reports, documentation library and schedules.
- Ensures safety procedures are known and adhered to

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Receiving Coordinator
- MS Excel, Outlook, and well organized. Keeps accurate reports and documentation. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience hiring warehouse laborers for loading and unloading.
- Ability to work in rugged, remote environment with little direct supervision and develop good working relationships with a wide-variety of personalities
