Super Information Highway Network Engineer Partial Remote Working

Next Ventures are currently executing a serach for an experienced Network Engineer for a 6 months contract. The role can be based from home with occational travel to Helsinki. The ideal consultant will be an eu passport holder and able to travel to the customer site in Helsinki. The client will pay for all travel and accommodation expenses when the consultant is required to travel with the demands of the project.

The CUSTOMER is building high speed network throughout Asia Pacific. Solution consists of CE Routers, peer2peer connections (10/40GB) at several locations in Asia Pacific.

Tasks/Role:

- Customer facing, advisory on design and changes, has to drive implementation of change.
- Based on design: assist with implementation and testing.

Start: ASAP

End: March 31st 2016

Effort: 100%, possible to start with 50%

Location: mainly remote work, occasional travel to Helsinki, Finland and locations in Asia Pacific.

Expected rate level: 56€/hour maximum - plus expenses for travel covered

Super Information Highway network implementation: setting up high speed P2P links at customer locations in APAC region.

English business language is required.
