Sumtotal Learning Management System Analyst

Our team has undertaken a project to move our LMS to the SumTotal CLOUD and upgrade from 8.7 to 8.9. The position we are looking to fill will analyze upgrade requirements vs. our current system, aid in system and user acceptance testing (script review and testing), review project documentation and additional project tasks as necessary.

- Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Track project milestones and deliverables as applicable
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Develop best practices and tools for regional and global execution and management
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis

SKILLS:

A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution is required, along with 2 - 4 years experience in human resources, project management, learning & development

- 1-3 years experience with MS Office
- Extensive SumTotal Learning Management System expertise.
- Experience within different versions of the tool - 8.7 and 8.9 would be most beneficial.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of elearning/training
