Successfactors Training and Change Specialist

Training & Change Specialist - SuccessFactors Implementation - 6 months part time 60-80% - Switzerland

For our key client Switzerland we are looking for an Training and change Specialist with SuccessFactors experience.
You will be part of an international implementation team. The project is on a part time basis and will start in August/September.

Required key skills:
* Very good experience with SuccessFactors
* Change Management Experience
* Very good planning and training skills
* Good English, oral and written (project language)

Tasks:
* Set up a global change strategy and change management plan
* Develop and manage the work plan for change, communication and training
* Coordination of training and change activities
* Set up, manage and follow up the stakeholder management plan on a global level

Project overview:
* Start: August/September
* Duration: 6-7 months
* Workload: 3-4 days per week on-site
* Location: Switzerland
* Languages: English, German is nice to have
