SUCCESSFACTORS TECHNICAL SUPPORT/SUCCESSFACTORS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT/SAP/HR
Vantage Resources are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with SuccessFactors Performance Management experience for a contract position with a large banking client based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SuccessFactors Performance Management Administration
SuccessFactors Dashboard Administration and Technical Support
SuccessFactors Reports Administration and Technical Support
MIS extract expert/ad-hoc.
Data Integrity - monitor and manage data accuracy
SuccessFactors troubleshoot errors
Responsible for SuccesFactors & SAP Interface
Testing of system enhancements
THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED
SuccessFactors Performance Management
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline would be an advantage
