You will have needed to design SuccessFactors solutions in the past and will have a real understanding of the employee central product.
This is an initial 6 month assignment with multiple extensions (3 year project globally) to come based on your performance.
Please only apply if you have:
- Designed an SuccessFactors Solution in particular Employee central
- Employee central implementation experience
- Adaptable to change and different ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management skills both client and implementation partner side
- Strong payroll experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Can be onsite in France 90% of the time
- Confident in delivering workshops
