REDis currently seeking SUCCESSFACTORS - RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT for a Global Fortune 500 company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This opportunity is a contract role that will be up to 6 MONTHS.

This is a new implementation of Successfactors and our clients is implementing 3 areas - LMS, Performance Management and Recruitment.

This role is remote/offshore during the Configuration phase; however you will be required to travel for important sessions and phases like further requirement Gathering, Client Demos, SIT, UAT, GO LIVE, etc.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

- Requirement Gathering sessions for "Recruitment"
- A senior consultant that can run workshops on their own
- Certified in Successfactors consultant - Recruitment IS A MUST
- 8-10 + years as SAP HCM
- 1-2 Full end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Recruitment/E-Recruitment experience

Expenses will be covered when travelling!

Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English) and motivation to join a dynamic, international team is also important.
