SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with Minimum of 5 years of experience.

At least 2-3 SuccessFactors complete project life cycle implementation experience.

Human Capital Consultants who specialize in SuccessFactors Delivery will have responsibility for hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following

SUCCESSFACTORS MODULES:

Employee Central

Learning

Performance and Goals

Succession/Development

Recruiting

Success/Development

Workforce Analytics

Workforce Planning

Overall good understanding of the HCM domain.

1 year experience in assisting clients in the implementation of at least one module within SuccessFactors application

Experience supporting client workshops

Ability to travel up to 80%

Recognized Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules

Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Project, MS PowerPoint)

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.

Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
