Successfactors Consultants

EDT are working with a leading SAP Partner that's currently looking for SuccessFactors Consultants to join a large project implementation based in Sydney (Contract or Permanent)

You will take responsibility for customer requirements as well as lead and develop designs in addition to configuring and testing SuccessFactors in accordance with the client customized project requirements. 

YOUR MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS WILL SEE YOU TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BELOW: 

- Providing input into project planning to ensure time-frame and customer satisfaction goals are achievable
- Participating in customer project team meetings, ensuring design & configuration actions are documented and executed
- Educating the customer on SuccessFactors setup and technical requirements
- Providing best-practice guidance on processes in accordance with system capabilities
- Documenting client requirements in configuration workbooks
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite and configuration ie, HCM functional areas such as Recruiting, Learning Management, Performance and Compensation)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CONSULTANTS WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementations (at least 1 SuccessFactors implementation would be ideal)
- You should have at least 8 years SAP experience coming in ideally HCM solutions.
- Experience in HR best practices 
- Extensive HR background in one or more specialty area eg Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Onboarding, HR Administration, Training.
- Experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
