Successfactors Consultant

My client are a growing SAP implementation partner and due to recent growth in demand for their HCM implementation services they require experience SAP Successfactors consultants to join their business.

You will be working in a client facing implementation role supporting large to medium size organisations implement a range of modules to surrounding various HR processes. Ideally you will be certified in Employee Central, Performance/Goal management or Succession management and CDP or be working towards these qualifications. You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HR process mapping in complex organisational contexts and be very strong with system configuration and integration.

This is an interim position so the ideal candidate should have worked as a lead consultant and have completed at least 2 SAP HCM or SAP SF end to end implementations where you have been accountable for solution design and managed a small team of consultants.

I am looking for two consultants, one French speaking and one Dutch speaking and you should be able to work freely across Belgium, Holland and France.
