CPSGroup are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant for a client that is a world leading humanitarian charity!

This rewarding role requires you to be responsible for the development, global configuration and implementation covering different SuccessFactors' modules.

When: Starting ASAP

Location: Geneva with the potential to travel

Contract: 1.5 years

Job Description

- Organising and Leading the process re-engineering, design and configuration
- Designing and configuring Pool management and Talent management functionalities
- Working with the technical configuration of functional modules
- Leading iteration testing and UAT's

Desired Skills:

- Strong project management skills
- Experience in implementing a SuccessFactors product, ideally in the field of talent and career development
- Ability to solve problems efficiently with good analytical skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
