Successfactors and Cornerstone Architect - Project Manager - Switzerla

Our client, a major international organisation based near Lausanne in Switzerland, is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER and solution architect with experience of implementing SAP SuccessFactors EMPLOYEE CENTRAL LEARNING MODULES AND CORNERSTONE LEARNING TOOLS.

With previous Global HR transformation projects in companies with over 100,000 employees, specifically in SAP SF EMPLOYEE CENTRAL, you will be responsible for the scope, processes and systems of this new initiative. Working with internal teams, external vendors and suppliers, you will drive change, monitor and track project progress and ensure any risks are identified and dealt with effectively.

As PROJECT COORDINATOR, you will provide weekly and monthly status reports, manage resources and events calendar and facilitate workshops and team meetings. As architect, you will help define the most appropriate functional solution.

You will be a certified PROJECT MANAGER, and have at least 1 end-to-end implementation of SF EMPLOYEE CENTRAL in your portfolio in addition to other global HR system implementations. Candidates without SAP SuccessFactors will not be considered as this is an essential requirement.

Experience in implementing and/or sustaining multiple technologies (mainly SuccessFactors, covering the Talent related modules and Cornerstone Learning systems) for at least 4 years within which at least 2 year in a capacity of leading a team of experts in these areas and/or in a project/program management role.

Experience in performance/goals/succession management modules is also expected.
