Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Success Factors Specialist to work on a 3-month+ contract based in Switzerland. Start date is as soon as possible.
My client needs your skill set to help them succeed with their global implementation.
You will be helping in aligning product modules of Success Factors to the clients' requirements respectively overall landscape, developing and advising on specific solutions needed on top of Success Factors modules, assisting from technical perspective to developing a client-specific global implementation approach and plan. Further you will be assisting in preparing client meetings and participate in client meetings as technical support.
As the right candidate you should have at least 3 years Success Factors experience and good functional HCMS knowledge, SAP HCMS knowledge is desirable. Additional experience required is with the Employee Central module with experience in implementing position management feature. Fluency in English is essential.
