My client is looking for a Functional Success Factors Consultant that has specific Employee Central (EC) deployment experience.
This role will require someone with excellent communication skills as you will be required to gather business requirements, solve problems, challenge the business on process design, present/deliver workshops and manage stakeholders. Working with Third parties would be a plus as is the ability to travel.
