Substance Misuse Shared Care Worker - Bristol

Our client has job vacancies for a Substance Misuse Shared Care Worker to work in Bristol. This vacancy has an initial 4-6 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £15 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Supporting individuals to become free from their problematic drug and/or alcohol use.
- Establishing and maintaining good liaison with General Practitioners.
- Providing evidence based, structured support packages.
- Undertaking urinalysis and mouth swab testing.
- Helping service users to achieve their goals.
- Facilitating harm reduction with clients.
- Offering and encouraging BBV testing.

Requirements:
All applicants must have 2+ years experience in clinical/prescribing substance misuse services working within a similar role.
