Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support and working alongside the Senior Sub Vendor, you will provide a highly professional and efficient service to all internal clients and contractors. You will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships in a fast paced organisation with a strong values based culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in an office environment, preferably in an accounts-based role, be able to demonstrate basic Excel skills and prove to be effective in a customer service capacity.

Responsibilities are similar to those faced within an Accounts Payable role, with the main responsibility involving the setting up and maintenance of Ltd contractor companies (vendors) as suppliers. Further responsibilities include dealing with VAT queries and calculating and processing back VAT. This role will also include the weekly processing of the vendor payroll and dealing with consequent issues.

This role is based in our London office in Old Street.
