Sub Project Manager/Communication-Norway
The Project handles the IS/IT merger from the old to the new platform for the Scandinavian countries and Norhern Europe for the client.
The Project has been running for more than 1,5 yers.
During 2013 year the Client needs to strengthen the country readiness teams for Sweden and subsequent deployments for other countries
Communications and Country Readiness sub projects have proposed structure and functions for rapid and repeatable deployment:
* Coordinate country data merger related activities like cleansing, harmonization and maintenance.
* Have consultants to act as interface between the super user activities and the project team to enable repeatable FAQ approach to support.
* Ensure rapid business adoption of the new processes, identifying and reporting business improvements to the project team.
* Create a repeatable country stabilization approach.
* Allows fastest stabilization to maintain subsequent country timelines.
Internal Project Communications driver: new Sub Project Coord/Mgr, Communication
* Responsible for regular 2 projects broadcast communications
* Responsible for insight connect Web pages, including articles, FAQs, timeline, Info pack
* Ongoing organisation of lunch and learns and other SFR staff engagement activities across connect and FCP
* Day to day liaison with existing FCP communication resource(s)
* General support for change, comms and training team when needed
