Sub Process Leader - Sweden

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Create preconditions for better business result by leading and supporting improvement initiatives and projects within a well defined sub-process belonging to the Quality Deviation Process in order to meet defined KPI's.

Responsible for identifying process improvements and implementing these, during the Quality Deviation Project this is done by

SCOPE:

The sub process leader is needed from 1st November and will design the process and ways of working in the area of Assess & Classify a reported quality deviation.

The person needs to have a broad understanding of how we should assess and classify incoming reported cases from both customers directly and from our client´s coworker in the supply chain. The inflow and number of quality deviations reported will be substantial and we probably need to cluster and bundle similar deviations in order to handle the amount. Once the deviation is assessed and classified we should initiate an alarm that goes further down the process to problem solving and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

However some of the deviation might not at all generate an alarm but just go direct to storage, all depending on the classification of the deviation.

After design of the process, we will go into a more detailed system requirement procedure where this person will be an important part to define these requirement on the future system, as well as being part of the vendor selection and evaluation of the proposed solution.

This person need to view the business needs from our client´s total need point of view including food and regular product range.

The person needs to be able to lead the development of this part in the process and to be communicative with the people in the business to understand and consider their needs. The person should also have the capability to take hight for a smart way of working where speed and quality of delivered information in the designed solution is of outmost importance.

This assignment is a full time assignment during 15 to 18 months. After this period a permanent resource will be employed where this person need to make a handover .

ASSIGNMENTS:

®      Secure that the ways of working across functions are recognized as quick, lean and simple for the defined sub-process by meeting defined KPIs.

®      During the Quality Deviation Project - successfully implementing the new tools and working methods by:

®      Defining the new sub-process

®      Defining the business requirements

®      Participating in Vendor selection, development/configuration work and Business Acceptance Testing

®      Driving organizational readiness within the sub-process

®      Implementing the new TO-BE process including new IT solution and new working methods.

®      Being point of contact for the project when it comes to Change Management in the relevant sub-process area

®      After project completion, during further development and maintenance phase:

®      Identify and propose process improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decision material

®      Analyze business benefit of identified process improvement potentials

®      Lead, manage or support process improvement implementation in actions or projects (fast-track or just-do-it projects, concept development)

®      Secure consistency in the process development toward other connected processes together with process Leader

®      Develop & keep process documentation up to date  (process maps, working documentation, measurement specifications and learning material)

®      Support the line organizations to secure competence and rollout of process changes

®      Be the link with line organization, solution owners and other Process developers by answering process related questions and requests

®      Contribute to the development, the implementation and the handover of new solutions, and Provide support to solution management

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):

®      Successful delivery of the Quality Deviation project

®      Specific business KPIs defined for the sub-process

®      Process Improvement Results outcome: quality, time-frame and budget

KNOWLEDGE:  

®      3-5 year experience from relevant process from our client on operational and tactical level.

®      Solid knowledge of our client´s Quality Deviation process

®      Good knowledge of our client´s organization and way of working including Matrix and networks

®      Strong project management experience

®      Proven analytical, organizational and change management skills

®      Strong communication and presentation competences

®      Good knowledge in PC application (eg. MS Office) and good overview about our client´s system landscape
