Study Data Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Lead the CDM study team and maintain oversight of all build, conduct and close activities for one or more studies
-Implement study conventions, processes, knowledge sharing and best practices on assigned study(s)
-Effectively communicate study goals and status of work, including all requirements to CDM study team and stakeholders
-Manage CDM study deliverables, including timelines, risks and coordination of cross-functional tasks
-Identify and escalate study issues appropriately and addresse corrective action plans
-Evaluate the impact of risks, and develop and implement mitigation plans at the study level
-Provide coaching and mentoring on sub functional activities to peer Study Data Managers (SDMs) and associate Study Data Managers (aSDMs)
-Contribute or leads sub functional or cross functional working groups and initiatives
-Maintain outsourcing relationships and oversight with partners and inputs to CRO selection participation & review of work orders & scope of work (SOW)
-Provide vendor performance oversight on an ongoing basis

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound working experience as SDM in a pharmaceutical environment
-Rave experience
-Experience in oncology
