Studio Coordinator Job

STUDIO COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with our client located in NEW YORK, NY.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a busy photo studio.
- Ensure timely, efficient and accurate production of client's needs by overseeing all phases and administrative aspects of photo shoots.
- Oversee studio reception, facilities (including kitchen), computer and photo equipment.
- Provide supervision and production support for ongoing photo shoots.
- Collaborate with both staff and freelance crews to ensure successful shoots.
- Coordinate studio maintenance, scheduling, and talent booking
- Oversee photo shoots and studio billing.
- Provide capture software and image archiving support.
- Oversee messengering and tracking of all products related to photo shoots.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography
- Minimum two years photo studio experience.
- Photo production experience along with familiarity working with photo crews in a busy studio environment.
- Experience with facilities management, customer service, photo equipment, billing, scheduling and imaging software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Apps/Lightroom/Capture One/Excel/Word/Outlook/FileMaker Pro/Mac computers.
- Photo and computer equipment technical skills.
- Experience accommodating fast changing schedules.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
