Student/University Recruitment Officer

My client, a leading Global Consultancy, is looking to take on a Student Recruitment Officer to work within the student recruitment team, to meet volume recruitment targets and KPIs by building strong campus relationships, implementing quality events at target universities and ensuring an excellent candidate/assessor experience at all assessment events.

The role holder will be specifically responsible for managing events, relationships and candidate pipelines at two or three assigned UK universities, developing campus strategies in conjunction with the campus team manager and campus team members using knowledge of the campus and detailed analysis of candidate statistics to plan, prepare and attend good quality campus events across the year.

You will have proven recruitment experience, skills and knowledge (ideally gained within student recruitment), with the ability to manage high volume candidate pipelines, able to work independently in a client driven environment to build strong relationships with both candidates and staff. You will be educated to degree level and any qualification/certification in Level A (psychometric testing) will be highly beneficial.
