STRUCTURES DESIGNER - SHIPBUILDING AND FORAN

A Structures Detail Designer with Shipbuilding and Foran experience is required to work on an eighteen month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria

This is an 6 month contract with a leading UK defence business

OVERVIEW OF THESTRUCTURES DESIGNERCONTRACT ROLE

Detail Designers - Structural - required for contract positions on a project in Barrow. Previous Shipbuilding/Naval/Marine Engineering desirable.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE STRUCTURES DESIGNER

- Shipbuilding experience
- Good working knowledge of Foran or Tribon

Experience of Structural Design/Draughting The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District
