Huxley Associates, international consultancy specialised on market finance and banking informatics, is looking for one of its clients, independent brokerage company based in London& Paris, a sales specialist with 7/10 years of experience minimum on structured credit products and working with institutional & private clients' portfolio in Germany and Austria.

The candidate will have to develop his clients' portfolio and the entire client relationship associated inGermanyandAustria. In this precise and demanding environment, the ideal candidate will have to generate a P&L (Profit and Loss) given by his future manager. An experience on 'toxic papers' (distressed debt) would be a real plus. The person will have to develop actively new companies/clients. Origination knowledge would be a significant plus as well.

The job is based inLondon. German and English are mandatory, French is a plus.

- An excellent commercial communication
- A good network / good relationship (internally and externally)
- A Tier II/III institutional clients established network inGermanyandAustria
- Minimum 7/10 years of experience in credit structured sales
- An experience with institutional & private German and Austrian clients
- A 'toxic papers' experience (distressed debt) would be a significant plus
- A stable experience within Corporate and Investment Bank or a brokerage company
- A manager spirit Un esprit entrepreneur capable de gérer un chiffre d'affaires conséquent
- German and English speaker is mandatory / French would be suitable to communicate within the company
- A good track record (reference letter, last P&L levels, clients contacts?) at client disposal would be suitable
- A background in market finance (university, school of engineer, business school?)
