Projektbeschreibung
*To elaborate according to the planning and quality standards the deliverables of the product development design process: design reports, calculation reports, validation plans, etc.
*Specification of rules for building numerical models for estimation of structural strength of wind turbines components.
*Elaboration and correlation of numerical models for estimation of structural strength of wind turbines components.
*Analysis of numerical computational results and data coming from HMS.
*Identification of potential improvements and development of cost effective and innovative technical solutions.
*Participation in the design verification, testing, validation and certification of offshore wind turbines components.
*Compilation and elaboration of risk assessments, FMEAs, tests and validation plans.
VORAUSSETZUNGEN:
*University degree in mechanical Engineering or related qualification
*Several years of experience in calculating and analyzing the structural strength of wind turbines components.
*Comprehensive knowledge of engineering mechanics.
*Advance knowledge of calculation tools (Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran).
*Some knowledge of risk assessment, FMEA, testing and validation strategies.
*Basic knowledge of CAD applications (CATIA V5 and / or Inventor)
*Willing to work very closely to the team members (design, loads, etc.) and the rest of components specialists.
*Capacity for collaboration with suppliers and industry partners to meet the design to cost targets.
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment and to collaborate effectively.
*Good command of English (written and spoken). German and Spanish are welcome.
