Our client are in need of 2x FEA Structural Engineers with previous experience of dealing with the analysis and structural evaluation of fabricated and bolted structures. You will need to be experienced and/or familiar with Hypermesh, Nastran and Patran or similar such tools. You will also need to have a good understanding of mechanical engineering theory and the ability to perform basic structural hand calculations, to review reports/concessions and offer build support when needed.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. You will need to be able to produce work at a high volume and to high quality measures and to all associated industry and group standards.
We will consider applicants from rail rolling stock, aerospace and automotive industries.
