STRATEGY BUSINESS ANALYST WANTED FOR OUR END CLIENT IN THE HAGUE!

Duration: 5 months, option to extend
Hourly rate: 61,00 Euros

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support the CIO IM/IT Managers in the development of Business Unit specific IM/IT Plans, focused on maximising IM/IT value through technology enabled business strategies:
o Bring methodology and approach, develop plan and report progress
o Bring in external perspective into the planning and deliverables
o Coordinate engagements based on IM/IT Managers agreed approach
o Analyse, verify and document Business Unit external developments, strategy, performance and operating model
o Identify opportunities for achieving growth as well as improving the effectiveness and performance of business processes through IM/IT, including leveraging the latest innovations in IM/IT services (including Technical and Competitive IT) and operating models
o Develop portfolio roadmap, investment plan, business case and KPIs
o Identify gaps and develop gap closure plan for required internal IM/IT capabilities
o Facilitate stakeholder management and ensure alignment with related organizations eg Technical and Competitive IT, Architecture, other Business IM/IT organisations
o Document IM/IT strategy and support communication to key stakeholders

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU BRING?
Extensive experience in strategy development (including business planning, business case and KPI development, benefits realisation, portfolio roadmap and investment plan development)
Extensive project management experience
Broad knowledge of Oil & Gas industry
Broad current knowledge of IM/IT standards, applications, and trends
Independent, proactive and results driven - able to work around obstacles to achieve results
Excellent communication skills, good listener, facilitator
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, be able to work in an (virtual) environment where there are multiple stakeholders who may often have differing opinions
