PRODUCT PROJECT MANAGER - ONLINE BANKING

Currently we are seeking an On-Line Product Manager to join our team of professionals!  Selected individual will be responsible for responding to customers with On-line banking questions about the on-line banking products.

The product manager will be responsible for managing the product life cycle from idea initiation through implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Product Management, Gather input and create the future product strategy
- Manage the product pipeline, Build business case for the effort
- Manage various projects from conception to delivery
- Lead the project through the project life cycle
- Provide subject matter expertise for projects that touch the product
- Review voice of the customer feedback to understand customer pain points
- Manage Maintenance Requests, Operational Reporting, Relationship management
- Work with other groups within the Digital Channels Group (DCG) and the lines of business to understand areas of improvement, and future needs
- Write simple SQL statements and extract data and create reports

REQUIREMENTS

Good written and presentation skills - need to be able to sell the idea

Analytical skills - need to be able to quantify the opportunity

2+ years of product management experience a plus

Financial industry experience a plus
