Role - Strategic Resource Manager
Contract - 6 months
Location - London
Current SC Clearance or CTC level is highly desirable

Strategic Resource Manager required initially a 6 month contract for my public sector client in London.
The client has stressed the importance of this programme being in its early/immature stage so you will need to have experience of this, as well as be prepared to work in this type of environment.
The work force involved is between 700 - 900 people and the successful candidate must be able to assess the capability of staff and create plans moving forward.

Experience required:
*Experience of work force planning
*Working knowledge and experience of strategy and business planning in an ICT environment
*A proven track record of development and implementation of people/capability strategies and plans
*Proven successful use of audit and compliance tools
*Good knowledge of professional development of people
*Good understanding of business continuity planning, health and safety and audit methodologies
