Strategic Operating Model Manager

Our Central Government Client require an Strategic Operating Model Manager for a key programme of work.

The role will run until the end of June 2013.

DUE THE NATURE OF THIS POST YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD VALID SC CLEARANCE.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The main tasks of this workstream will be to define options for, draft, quality assure, agree and finalise: 1. Framework agreements
2. Service catalogues
3. Service Legal Agreements
4. ICT alignment and other technology issues
5. Legacy issues for in-scope departments
6. Requirements definition process

Skills/Experience Required

- Strong, concise and clear communication style
- Previous project experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and at pace
- Team working experience
- Experience of designing operating model materials
- Negotiating and influencing: responding to partner requirements
