You will be responsible for new client development and sales,as well as Account Management functions within a number of large Telco clients. The focus of the role is to create,manage and cultivate relationships with clients to maximize revenue and profit,while maintaining high level of customer service.
Role:
Create a shared mind set with customers,assess customer needs and match with innovative value-adding commercially viable propositions.
Develop and deliver Customer Account strategy and plan
Build and sustain strong customer relationships from Executive to Technical ensuring high satisfaction in all areas
Co-ordinate with Marketing,Product Management,Professional Services and Product Development teams to identify and cultivate solutions for clients
Track and measure sales activites
Win business in line with the Account plan including the creation of proposals,pricing strategies,negotiating contracts and securing POs
Lead,coach,mentor and develop the overall (Virtual) Account Team to maximise the effectiveness with the customer
Experience Required:
The candidate will have a proven salaes background in a Consultative software sales environment
Excellent Account Management skills
Solution Selling
Leadership experience of Account Teams
Telco Expertise - in depth knowledge of global tier 1 communication providers
Ideally degree qualified
Experience of both large and small company environment
Ability to travel across Europe
Experience of a 2nd European Language would be ideal
