They are looking for:
1. 5+ years of experience in administrating Storage Infrastructure
2. Expert level knowledge on SAN technology like VMAX, Vplex, VNX, SAN Switches like Broacade and Cisco
3. Expert level knowledge on NAS technology like Celerra, VNX File, VNX Gateway and VNXe
4. Expert in managing Isilon and XtremIO
5. Experience in managing archiving solutions like CTA, Centera and ECS
6. Extensive Hands-on experience on Installing, managing and troubleshooting Large enterprise Storage infrastructure
7. Knowledge & experience on UNIX and Virtual environment preferred
8. Hands-on experience in storage migration and performance troubleshooting
9. Knowledge on various tools like ECC, Prosphere, Viper SRM
10. EMC Certified Technology Specialist and ITIL V3 preferred.
