TECHNICAL STORAGE ANALYST

-  Lead and execute complex, medium to large technology projects that support development of Storage solutions across one or more of the DCS technologies (iSeries, UNIX, Windows, or Tape Backup).

Learn and provide Hosting technology hardware and operating systems to Cargill globally.
  Work independently; receive direction through monitoring of progress and results.
Perform Level 3 Incident resolution by providing break/fix support for issues escalated from Operations Support. Perform root causes analyses of incidents and make recommendations. Address performance issues for business users. Perform problem management activities as required. Participate in the Major Incident process. - Leverage knowledge across the Hosting teams by maintaining a documentation repository for hosted solutions and by training Operations in the running and maintenance of solutions.
- Liaison between Engineering Implementation, Architecture, Technical Integration and Service Development teams participating in proposing and validating hosting solution architecture design,
- Participate in internal Hosting planning related to Storage technologies for life cycle activities, systems management, security activities, and/or automation activities.
